Getting ready to finish painting the rest of my BSG ships before starting on Cold Navy. Used about seven shades of gray to get the pseudo WW1 effect.

Those turned out really well

I really ought to get around to painting my fleet… But you know what they say, ordering them online is 80% of the fun.

Well done! I never o\got past a generic coat of gray with mine. Tough I was happier with the 'classic' battlestars in light gray with highlights than the newer dark gray colors (cool as they are).

You models are awesome. Love the panel detail, the highlighting and the black wash. It does justice to the quality of the models.

OMG, I'm not the only one that acts that way?!?

If I could skip the part of getting them painted, and go straight to those, THAT would be 80% of the fun.

I really like.

Nicely done!

Thanks for sharing your pic.

I agree with Balthazar, and TheBeast, in terms of "fun".

Still need to drag mine out and slap some paint on them as well.

Well,
If you guys have a bunch of dust collectors, I'll be happy to take them off your hands. That way you can have your "fun" ordering more…

Running games at conventions motivates me to paint. always want to add something new to the fleet.

Gaffer, I might just be crazy enough to do that, though you have to solemnly swear, rather than reselling, to send them back if you ever find the need to part with…

It's actually worked on occasion.

I put too much work into painting the ships to ever sell them. I'm about to order a bunch of space station to do a cylon invasion.

I run several games at each of the HMGS conventions with many repeat visitors. More ships means more players!
