I want to recreate King Narmers conquest of lower Egypt. I would like to do this in either 15mm or 1/72. However I will go with whatever scale will allow me to play. Anyone know of a model source for stone age warriors or a close proxy? Thank you.

Warlord distributes some nice Cro Magnon figures link but in 28mm. You will need to scroll past the Amazons. Also, Neanderthals and Simians are after the Cro Magnons.

Why would you think you'd need Neolithic types? Google search shows pretty typical early Egyptians for Narmer's period.

From what I have read his army used stone weapons and bows.

A careful pick of readily available old kingdom Egyptians and Nubian types should do it.

You've got the archaeological juices flowing. Narmer/Menes was probably the first King of a unified Egypt. The dating, around 4500 years ago, is pretty firmly late Copper early Bronze Age.

Like Nnascati said Namer is Bronze age. However if you really have an itch for the stone age Lucid Eye has some nice
Cro-magnon figures.

1/72nd scale plastic figures show at least a dozen sets that will work for what you are looking for it seems.

Common soldiers in early bronze age armies used mostly stone and wooden weapons.

You could also take a look at Mick Yarrow figures in 15mm. They've got some types that would probably work.
