There seems to be a vast fund of information available for the Dutch but very little about their opponents. I've been looking at the battle of Seneffe as a starting point for building armies but, although the Dutch OB is available (kudos to Unlucky General), I can't find anything similar for the French/Imperial/Spanish army. I've already looked at the Nederlands Rijksmuseum, Gallica, the Marburg Digital Archive, and a number of blogs, etc, but no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW, I can read a fair amount of French, a bit less German, and a smattering of Dutch and Spanish, so sources in those languages, while time-consuming, are still fair game. Since I can't read Russian or Japanese and have forgotten all but two words of Swahili, so I'm afraid those are out.

There is some info on the French Regts. at Seneffe in
Batailles Françaises Vol. 5 by Colonel Hardy de Périni.
Gallica's copy – around p. 93:

It's a good start; in the morning I'll dig out my French-English dictionary and get to work. Thanks much.
