A couple of the recent Red Box sets have shown a similar dip in quality – but they are still the best available figures for a lot of these areas. Hope they can get on top of the quality control again though. |

I hope so as well. They seem to do well with some ranges, then go back to being a bit roug and ready. I might just buy this set, if only for the dancing figs (top right) link and the axeman would make a decent Zombie killer type..and I´m not sure about the one sticking his sword into his right leg (bottom right) link |

I thought at first that the third guy on the top row of the artillery set was 'Botanic Man', caught in the act of morphing into a marigold. Incidentally, the latest RedBox issues seem to have undergone a 20% price increase, which makes the cavalry sets in particular rather expensive, if you have to dump half the horses… |
