I'm trying to fill out the ranks of some old plastic Bretonian archers. The closest compatible look to be Crusaders' HYW archers I think the old Citadel archers from Foundry are too small (so I've heard). BTD appear to have some, but aren't as code a match as Crusaders. I'm basing all of this on online photos though. Anyone have suggestions? Many thanks! |

I would look at Front Rank's HYW range, a good size match for that era Citadel. I used some of the Citadel command figures with Front Rank, looked fine. Also Black Tree's "Men of Averaign" range in Fantasy is the not-Brets range, and are a good match (though posing is a little stiff, IMHO). Damon. |

I will second Garand's suggestions, both Front Rank and BTD Averaign (and also the historical HYW range) match really well. |

I really need to pay more attention to what I'm reading. I was wondering why you would want Bretonnian archers with menopause. |

I read mongoose Bretonnian archers and wondered when Mongoose got the Warhammer license. |

Claymore Castings' Otterburn era English archers would be the first place I'd look. |
