There's also (the link is on the Warlord webpage) a YouTube play-through video. The PDF rules are posted for FREE (always a golden word for miserly gamers) on the page as well.

I downloaded the rules and followed along while I watched the video. I have to admit that I'm stoked about this game. It looks like a great set of very simple, fast playing, set of rules.

I've been emailing back and forth with Warlord about this game. Their first offering was a time limited mega-bundle. I passed on that because the minis are all from War Games Factory. I attended The Siege of Augusta a couple of years ago and spent a LOT of money in the WGF booth on an enormous amount of Zeds and Samurai so I really didn't need the bundle.

The base game is up for preorder now and I jumped on it. After all. while I don't need the Zeds or the Survivors, I need the Bikers (they are from WGF too, but have not been previously released), dice, tokens, and cards. The base game is pretty cheap too so I don't mind having a few extra Zeds and I can always give away the duplicate Survivors sprues.

I highly recommend that you all check out the Warlord page, download the rules, and watch the play-through.

I would have downloaded the free rules, but decided otherwise when the shopping cart asked for CC info…

It shouldn't ask for cc info.

Dakka forums have been unhappy with the price increase, although Doug explained that this might have been necessary because of the debts the company has taken. The rules are on the "eh" side, with the thread suggesting other zombie games.
