any one know of any companies on shapeways producing WW 1 ships in 1/2400 scale? I have tried many searches and can not find WW 1 ships. Loads of WW 2 ships. Thanks for the help. |

This doesn't directly answer your question, but WTJ Miniatures has 3D printed WWI ships (and lots of pre-dreadnoughts) available at: wtj.com/store I've looked for 1/2400 WWI ships (and pre-dreds) on Shapeways and found a few, but really only one or two from any one source. Lots of WWII, just like you said. [*Sighs deeply*] |

WTJ models are better, much better. They have, some,'photos of their models while Shapeways has computer images. And I think the price is better for WTJ models |

Another vote for WTJ. Their minis are very nice and reasonably priced. And they're constantly adding to the line. |

Agreed about WTJ. Really good quality and decent pricing. |

I second the nod for WTJ. I bought some German and French BBs and DDs, looking to get the CAs now. Here's my TMP post on WTJ minis with pictures. TMP link - ZG |

Also, there are plenty of other WTJ reviews as well on TMP. |

WTJ are incredible but there are several ships on shapeways that are not made by WTJ. Not a huge number but a few. |
