This conversion was idea of Ian Crouch "Crouchie", very easy and effective, Bac Ninh Shogunate body with Woodbine Design French Kepi heads.And I have to say that I'm very satisfied with the result!
I have little information about Gakuheitai, was a unit from Sendai domain known by receiving the English-style training using Snider-Enfield of breech-loading type, and dressed a red and black uniform.
