When Battlefront announced their big 33% off sale last November, I hopped on board and ordered $100 USD worth of figures from a store that was doing the 33% off. A couple things were in stock, and I got them right away. Much of the stuff wasn't in stock, and I'm still waiting.

I understood from the start that Battlefront a sale like this would increase demand and decrease stock, so I might have to wait quite a while.

Over half the order is still not here. Does anyone have any input on the Batlefront sale, how it is coming and when I can expect to get the figures I ordered?

You might want to inquire with them directly, since supposedly a lot of the stuff from that sale has been shipped a while back, IIRC.

How does it go? I've called twice about one item still missing from my order. The guy on the other end of the phone gives me a nice line about how they'll get it out to me and send an email. Still haven't seen anything. I suppose it's time to call and get lied to again.

I am still waiting as well. Although I did order via another website that mirrored their sale…. but I was under the impression that these orders would be filled ASAP as well.

I ordered about £150.00 GBP worth of stuff as my christmas present from SWMBO. Part of it came in december and after contacting BF they assured me it would be with me ASAP. I contacted them again in January to get an update and was informed it would be with me during February. I emailed the chap I'd spoken to (every week) and he kept me up to date with their progress (and was as helpful as he could be). The rest of my order turned up mid february.
I ordered from the company direct though not through a third party. Get in touch with them by email (I never phone as you have no record).

contact them via email…like you, I ordered stuff for the sale, and it wasn't completed until February, but I was able to get an email update when I emailed them.

I'd send them an e-mail, so you have a record of it, and inquire monthly going forward.

The squeaky wheel usually gets the grease.

In the past, I must say, BF have been very helpful to me in correcting issues.

I contacted them, and found out my stuff still hasn't arrived, but the store keeps pestering Battlefront. I suppose part of the problem is that the stuff I'm waiting for is pack mules for mountain artillery, so not even vaguely armor related.

It's not like I'll run out of things to paint because I don't have the mules.
