Hi all and thanks for stopping by. I was thinking about a zombie type game swapping out the zombies and adding some kind of 4 legged dog sized tick bug like thing. Just be nice to make a change.

Of course it be nice to have different types of bugs, little swarms, dog sized ones and bigger..

So any company making plastic bugs ?

A world changed by alien spores… ? ?

So whats out there to buy.. and maybe I get lucky at Salute

Big thanks
Alan

Consider Monsterpocalypse. A fair number are available on eBay. Cant think of much other than them which are done in plastic or resin. Swarms are available in the D&D miniatures. Again, eBay is your friend.

Metal auction

Reaper also has some IIRC.

Also on eBay there are the Starship Troopers bug. Some of them are a reasonable size for smaller scales.

I used some GW tyranids; not sure on your scale, but I use these for 15mm, will work well with 28s though

plastic 'Nids are probably your best bet. One box of 'Gaunts used to be 32 of the monsters, should still be at least 16. Readily available on evilbay.

Have a look on Amazon for Halloween bugs……..bags of spiders etc made of plastic so they can be chopped around a bit too…….
