It looks like the Breonnians are the next army to go the way of the Tomb Kings. Bretonnians were my first Warhammer army (but not my first Warhammer figures) from 5th edition so I'm a little saddened by that but I wasn't that fond of the newest incarnation of the models anyway. The Green Knight is still one of the best models GW ever produced. link |

that's to bad I used the 5th edition figures for my fantasy warriors |

Bretonnians were my first army. Bought mostly off the "back wall" of the mail order group at GW or Warstore. Back in the dark ages when huge discounts were still legal at GW. I don't think I ever quite finished painting that army before I became distracted by skaven. |

Not to hijack this thread, but Heitaroi did a great job of doing Bretonnians in 15mm. Could be a good option…. link |

I had assumed those were 25s or 28s. They aren't 15s are they? If so I suddenly am going to feel really bad about my painting skill! |

Sad. But who cares, now you can buy all the Sigmarines you want, including the new EXTREMELY EXTREME DUDZ ON DRAGONZ!!!?! PHROAR!!! |

Which is good because I've bought a lot more Sigmarines in the last 8 months than Bretonnians I have bought in the last 16 years. |

Wow, the TMP bug really screwed up this topic and thread. The title of this thread on the board is not the title once you open it up. |

Which is good because I've bought a lot more Sigmarines in the last 8 months than Bretonnians I have bought in the last 16 years. Same here. However, most of the population of TMP hasn't bought anything from GW in the past 16 years (but has complained non-stop about it) |

Interestingly, it's not TOTALLY over for the Brets, yet. Last week I went on the GW site and almost everything was 'temporarily out of stock' except for the Trebuchet and Paladin BSB; I asked my local store to order them and he was rebuffed by GW claiming that they were out of stock and that army was being discontinued. I immediately went back to the site where I saw they were still available so I went ahead and ordered them and they are on their way to me now. Equally interesting, though, was the fact that a few days later I got an email from GW telling me that the Grail Reliquae was back in stock, as were the battle pilgrms. I went back online and sure enough, there they were! Along with several other sets that had been previously listed as 'temporarily out of stock'! Needless to say I loaded up my cart and now they are on the way too. |

Very sad news. My favorite Warhammer army and one of the best figures lines every produced by GW (though not the most recent ones). Just another reason to really dislike what has become of the Warhammer world. (I have by the way bought lots of stuff from GW in the last 16 years – just not the last 2-3). May be the Perry Brothers can reclaim the old molds and reproduce the line. TomT |

Sad. I just sold off all my bretonnians. I had about 6000 points of them just sitting around, only 2500 painted. Hopefully the O&g range doesn't disappear… I need to get at least another 10000 points! And I need some river trolls (never got around to them for some reason) Thanks Austin |

Hopefully the O&g range doesn't disappear. This is GW we are talking about and more than likely they will disappear, because that is the GW way. |

May be the Perry Brothers can reclaim the old molds and reproduce the line. GW is not exactly well known for selling the rights to their old models. As for Foundry getting some of them, that was quite a while ago and had probably something to do with Bryan Ansell selling off his part of the company. And if Perrys really wanted to produce such a range, they could probably sculpt a new one quite easily from the scratch. |

Looks like Ebay prices for them will be going up. |

Jesus that was quick. I wanted a box of Men-at-Arms. A week ago they were on the website. Now it's all gone. Xin |
