I had this set and the 1/32nd scale set which were much more suited to the Indian wars. I used the 1/72nd scale for my ACW battles as well as Indian wars. Loved them, thanks for the walk down memory lane. |

This was always one of my favorite sets, I must have bought twenty or so over the years. You did a wonderful job painting them. |

Happy memories. They are the ACW cavalry of choice for those of us weaned on Don Featherstone's wargame book (yup, the old green and black classic). They, and their ilk, inspired many of us grey beards on TMP and elsewhere across the wargames firmament – how many 28mm pumpkin head ranges can say the same, even if they are "technically better" figures. cheers Bod man – much appreciated Have you painted that castle yet |
