What size figures? It makes a difference.

I usually use Coat d'Arms Dwarven Flesh for "red" skins.

Many folks in the past used a Ruddy color for native Americans such as the one found in Howard Hues. They had the best skin tones and rquine colors for decades. i no longer know their availability or the closeness to current companies.

Musket Miniature made an Indian flesh that I still use till this day. I have no idea if their paints are still available.
