Which ruleset(s) are your favorites?

I am starting to use an adapted version of Lords & Servants by Dadi e Piombo for actions with 5-6 small units and using Brink of Battle for skirmishes with 10-15 models per side

Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game is superb for Fantasy, Ancients and Medieval skirmishes.

GASLIGHT is great for things with powder--its simplicity is its strength, and it is endlessly tweakable.

I really enjoyed Mayhem: Warrior Kings when it was still available. The version when figures had several stats.

These days I am partial to Song of Blades and Heroes. I just leave out the fantasy bits when I want to do historical.
