Hi, Does anyone know if Rick of Flag Dude is still in business? I have tried to contact him about ordering some flags to pick up at Salute if he is coming but keep getting a 'Mail Undelivered' message. |

Yes he is still in business! In fact he is currently scheduled to be at "Cold Wars", the HMGS Show in Lancaster, PA, USA in about 2 weeks! However, judging from a number of previous posts from his customers of late, he is working through a backlog of orders and has not been responding to emails. If you have a contact who will be attending Cold Wars, maybe you could have that friend deliver the order for you in person! |

Would you really want someone to deliver an order to a guy who has a long and marked history of ignoring his customers' emails? |

He's friendly, he takes special orders and he's done good work at a reasonable price for me--but I cancelled the last order after he didn't deliver three conventions in a row.
I'd say go to Cold Wars and buy what he has in stock, but be careful about time-sensitive special orders. At least have a back-up plan. |

Robert, thank you for the advice. I have special ordered from the Flag Dude in the past. Got my Crimean stuff and special AWI but now I cannot contact him at all. So I will pick up what he has and go look for other alternatives. Sad, because I always liked his work. |

I gave up on him a while ago. I know mostly get my flags from GMB. Which is too bad, because he is one of the few that did custom flags. |
