Is there a site or group for the discussion of this books rules? I'm mainly looking for rules mods for periods and other scenarios.

I think there is a lot of discussion on the AMWgroup.

It was originally set up for Neill Thomas's Ancient and Medieval Wargaming rules, but i think has spread out into all his rules (or at least OHW).

Yes, the AMW group for all things Neil Thomas, including lots of OHW mods.

Some of the regular contributors have blogs too, in particular Captain Kobold.
