Gents, it has come to my attention that the victory conditions for the online VNB scenario for Wissembourg 1870 link may have a problem. There seems to be no way for the Prussians to earn victory points. If true, this ensures a French victory even if they are wiped out. Perhaps I'm overlooking something. |

Perhaps in paragraph 2 under the General Scenario notes heading the allocation of victory points should have read, 'The French or Prussians gain', rather than just, 'The French gain'. Otherwise as you say there is no way for the Prussians to earn victory points. Ezza |

Don't know, Ezza. Grant both sides can earn points from that list. If the Germans capture the town on turn 4 they win the game if nothing else happens. They outnumber the French 4-1 so taking the town early should be realistic. The scenario looks good except for that. Oh well. |
