In the Flea Market last Historicon I came across figures for LOTR Hex Combat game. They are very big figures and don't mix with other figures I have, but I thought I could make a statue out of them, I bought some. Here's what I did.

The statue can Animate, hop down off the plinth and kill the unwary.
