In the Flea Market last Historicon I came across figures for LOTR Hex Combat game. They are very big figures and don't mix with other figures I have, but I thought I could make a statue out of them, I bought some. Here's what I did.
Wire cutters make short work of the base.
Spears from GW Skeleton box
Bases from Wizkids Hunger Games figures.
Rare earth magnet
Statue ready for paint
The statue can Animate, hop down off the plinth and kill the unwary. More pics and write up on my blog:

Someone on LAF liked my Statues so much she made a 3d print of the Plinth. I really need to get one of those things
