I recently ordered 4 x vehicles from Warlord Games. When opened two of the vehicles packets had incorrect parts. An M5 Halftrack had two left side tracks in the packet and a Daimler Scout car had the correct metal parts but the body was for an Autoblinda scout car. Now don't get me wrong,their figures and vehicles are excellent and their delivery and response to the problem was first class. This is just to make you aware if attending UK Wargame shows where Warlord Games are trading. Check the box contents before paying for it. How frustrating to get your purchase home only to find the contents is incorrect.

Seems to be their standard MO. Based on my limited experience, I agree that you need to inspect the contents before you buy.

They will replace the faulty parts very quickly. This is sadly a regular problem that Warlord really need to tackle. Quality control is terrible, customer service is great – regular feature on Bolt Action boards.

Same here. TMPers regularly praise the speed at which Warlord corrects their numerous mistakes.

If you're going to have such lax content quality control, you'd better have some stellar customer service to correct the errors!

Here is Lorenzo from Warlord Customer Service.

We are hobbyists first ourselves and we do understand how to receive the wrong or defective item can be very frustrating for anyone, regardless how nicely or quickly the issue is resolved.

First of all I would like to confirm that we do take all the feedback and comments to heart and – together with detailed record of the issues we have – these are being used to develop our plans to improve our ability to prevent issues with the quality of our products.

While some initiatives are applicable immediately some others require a more long term approach and its results will be visible, especially for our customers, only after some time.

As I am one of the two people that receive 99% of the issues, I can tell you that in proportion the number of issues are going down… but I can confirm that we are definitely aiming at higher standards and setting the improvement of our quality check on top of our agenda, regardless of how fast we are growing and how many new products and models we are creating every month.

Please accept our deepest apologies for these inconveniences.

yes Dicymick, we have no problems in checking the boxes content before purchasing them at events.
