We are hobbyists first ourselves and we do understand how to receive the wrong or defective item can be very frustrating for anyone, regardless how nicely or quickly the issue is resolved.
First of all I would like to confirm that we do take all the feedback and comments to heart and – together with detailed record of the issues we have – these are being used to develop our plans to improve our ability to prevent issues with the quality of our products.
While some initiatives are applicable immediately some others require a more long term approach and its results will be visible, especially for our customers, only after some time.
As I am one of the two people that receive 99% of the issues, I can tell you that in proportion the number of issues are going down… but I can confirm that we are definitely aiming at higher standards and setting the improvement of our quality check on top of our agenda, regardless of how fast we are growing and how many new products and models we are creating every month.
