This is our painted samples using our SU-SPG TS1 plastic sprues. The kit comes with a common chassis and two front hulls options enabling you to build either a SU-85 tank destroyer or a SU-122 assault gun. Other options include open hatches, elevated guns, and fuel cans. No figures are included.

Enjoy!

Since no other company produces the SU-122 I can really use that.

Nice models and terrific paint jobs!

Got a good chuckle out of the US tanker and German tanker coming out of the hatches. A spy among us! :)

Great looking vehicles though. Love them a lot.

I will be investing in some of these for sure!

Should I assume 28mm since it is cross posted to Bolt Acton?

Rubicon Models16 Feb 2016 6:30 p.m. PST

These are plastic kits in 1/56 (28mm) scale. The figures (US & German mini) are for size comparison only at the moment. Soviet tankers will be available later this year.

Love the Rubicon plastic kits. My only complaint is they do not come with crews.

Kallman, it takes time to master good digital sculpting skills. If you look at our Facebook postings, you will see a great deal of work are being done on the subject. We are starting to release plastic figures this year!

@Rubicon Models

Well, if you ever consider making jeeps, kubelwagons, etc. please include crew. I can wait unit you get the sculpting right.

@Clash957, we are doing a Willy MB right now! The US version is done, now working on the Commonwealth variant… both with crews! Please visit our Facebook page for further details (link above).

Great Stuff!

Disco Joe17 Feb 2016 7:26 a.m. PST

So when will these be available to purchase here in the US?

kallman21 Feb 2016 3:05 p.m. PST

Glad to see the crews are coming. I just bought the new M-10 Tank Destroyer and not having crews for that I thought was unfortunate. However Company B makes crews so those are on order. I've joined the FB page.
