How many bridges do you have for miniature wargaming? Only finished models/projects count. |
Old Contemptibles | 11 Feb 2016 1:04 p.m. PST |
Way too many. I will count them tonight and let you know. |

At least 12, you can never have too many. |
olicana | 11 Feb 2016 2:20 p.m. PST |
Six. Blimey, only six and they only go over certain rivers – two over NWE narrow, two over NWE big, one pontoon over NWE narrow, one over arid. That's not enough is it? Funny, even with a 12 x 6 that always seems enough (if repetitive looking). Food for thought, how many do you need? Good question Bill, one of your better ones. Please don't do windmills, it drives the anal types crazy. They just love the whirly-bits and then we get into gears, cloth Vs wood, rotational, fixed, don't do it………….. |

tshryock | 11 Feb 2016 5:35 p.m. PST |
I think all I have is a H&M era pontoon bridge I made a few years ago and have never used. There's a bridge molded onto one of my Miniature Worldmaker river sections, if that counts. |
Parzival | 11 Feb 2016 5:50 p.m. PST |
War Panda for the win. Shockingly, I have NONE! Been looking for a good 10mm generic stone or wooden one with enough inner width for a Warmaster 40mm base. But admittedly I haven't been looking all that determinedly, 'cause I'm sure they're out there. (Of course, I'm also cheap…) |

Two, both resin. One is an Armorcast medieval stone bridge I use for fantasy games. The other one is a Hovels 18th/19th Century stone bridge with wood planking I use for AWI historical games. I have learned after many years to keep my terrain collection at a more manageable level, and that I end up using only a few pieces of each type of terrain for most games. That and not wanting my collection to overwhelm my living space. |

Forward, Rocinante! Charrrrrrrrrrge! <gallop, gallop, gallop, wham! bangclangrattleclunktinkletinkletinkle….thudbonk> |

Off hand I think I have 14, all 6mm of various lengths and widths. Some wooden, some brick and steel, most though are stone bridges. Also one Pegasus Bridge and a pontoon bridge. |
