Does anyone know if the PDF version on Wargame Vault has the same basic editing mistakes as the hardcover version, or was is cleaned up?

I would be amazed if it isn't a straight copy of the book typo's and all.

I like the rules, but another slap dash job from Mongoose.

Hasn't the "Victory at Sea" system moved to warlord Games?

Maybe if you gave a us a page with the typo in it? I have the PDF and could look for you but I don't know what typo's you're referring to.

I hope that is true. The VaS and its sci-fi brother ACTA have a lot of promise. They badly need some tweeks and adjustments to especially to their respective points systems which Mongoose is NEVER going to address.

yes, VaS is moving to Warlord, but have not seen anything since the original announcement.

If you are at Wargames vault and not set on VaS for this period I would highly recommend checking out Naval Thunder. Covers Pre-Dreads through WWII.

The Pre-dread stuff is my go to rule set. Have done Entire RJW and SPAN-AM war using NT.
