I placed an order for the spaceship X corridors set (about $275 USD with shipping) on their website 2 weeks ago. I received an immediate automated confirmation that the order was received but no notification of shipping has come. Both email addresses on the website bounce as "undeliverable". Anyone know if these guys are still around and legitimate? Before I have to file the paypal complaint… |

If you paid with Paypal, you have several months now to file a claim. I think it is 90 days. |

If I haven't heard anything by 3 or 4 weeks I will file the complaint then, as any decent company would ship in that time or at least have a functioning email to communicate delays/answer questions. |

Could be due to their email exceeding their storage limit. Happens a lot, and the store owners often don't realise it. Maybe look for a facebook page or similar? |
