I would like to find 28mm civilian figures for some of my WW II games. I would like civilians for both the European Theater and civilians for North African games. For the North Africa games I think it would be nice to have not only Arab figures but perhaps European ex pats and ne'er do wells. Think Rick's bar.

Suggestions?

Pulp ranges will have lots to choose from. For Arab / North Africa you'll want to check Pulp, Colonials, etc. Blue Moon make lots that would fit in. Artizan Design is another. Not sure if Askari has any civilians but I love their Colonials.

Artizan do a Rick's bar set, don't they?

Musketeer have a couple of very nice packs of what I would call 30s/40s civilians. If they came out with a third I would buy it.
