It has a ways to go to beat gas prices during the "crash" of 2008-09. I saw it reach $1.31 USD before shooting right back up.

$1.58 USD last time I went by the gas station. May be higher or lower today all depending on the roulette wheel the oil company uses to decide the price.

$can 0.86/litre. Not as heavily taxed as Britain, but still taxed: That's what government run healthcare does!

doug redshirt06 Feb 2016 10:31 a.m. PST

I saw $1.36 USD on my way home last night. Kansas

haywire06 Feb 2016 10:46 a.m. PST

Wow. So many MA people here.

My hometown has an enforced Full Serve rule so gas is usually $.20 USD higher than the towns around it.

I know it dropped in the last couple of days, but last I saw was $1.85 USD in Milford, which means everywhere around it should be in the $1.60 USD – $1.75 USD

freerangeegg06 Feb 2016 10:54 a.m. PST

1.38 euros a litre in Guadeloupe

leidang06 Feb 2016 11:10 a.m. PST

Plus the local grocery chain has a card that gives you discounts based on what you purchase from them so I had $1.20 USD per gallon off.

Down to about 1 GBP for a litre of diesel.

Err,so in USA speak that is 3.7GBP per gallon,or around 5 dollars 30 cents a gallon.

Much, much cheaper than it has been for a few years anyway.

I paid $0.98 AUD a litre last week here in Victoria, Australia

Zargon06 Feb 2016 1:06 p.m. PST

Here at the bottom of Afrika its about $.80 USD per litre, but remember the currency here is not worth confetti at the moment. Food is becoming very expensive and fuel cannot really get any lower du to a large part of the price being government taxes/dutys. So lower oil prices no really helping us.

JimSelzer06 Feb 2016 1:07 p.m. PST

$1.45 USD

Jcfrog06 Feb 2016 1:08 p.m. PST

Russia:
Depends of the type, say 33-35 рув a litre or under 1/2 $

Mako1106 Feb 2016 1:21 p.m. PST

Finally dropped below $2.00 USD here, to $1.94 USD.

Time for a road trip, if I had a dependable vehicle.

Ah, the joys of heavy taxation (or not………).

Don't feel too bad fellas. They're trying to raise our fuel taxes again here too, in order to "feed the beast".

Legbiter06 Feb 2016 1:33 p.m. PST

0.99 GBP per litre, i.e. about 1.32 USD per litre. I can always tell when our side is winning, because petrol prices go down.
