Wonderful paintjob, a real inspiration for less gifted modellers like me
I have a question… If I can see well you have drawn camouflage on some tunics. Does this mean that not only smocks and zeltbahns were camoed but also tunics? Were not tunics all fieldgrey?

Beautiful

I'm just about to paint mine. Hope you have a tutorial on your blog as I'm going there now

Gunner Dunbar06 Feb 2016 4:47 p.m. PST

Hi Kungfucius – the Germans did have camo tunics, pants and caps, as well as smocks and helmet covers, but not in all patterns, pea dot was most common for tunics and pants.

Gunner – I really like your pastel camo effect. I'll have to try that on the 20mm PSC MkIV's I have. Any recommendations for pastel types/companies?
Thanks!

Gunner Dunbar07 Feb 2016 3:11 p.m. PST

not really, any artist pastel chalk will work.

Kungfucius07 Feb 2016 3:58 p.m. PST

Hi Gunner, thanks for your answer. Like wrgmr1 says, a tutorial would be great

Thanks Gunner, I'll pick some up and give it a try.
