thanks gents…

I totally forgot to add that we both only had the starter boxes as of yet…unfortunately the supply chain hasn't brought us any infantry yet.

badger2202 Feb 2016 8:21 a.m. PST

Lucky you. I still only have 1 starter set despite ordering the other 2 months ago.

The US Mechanized Infantry Platoon went fast and needs to be restocked.

@Oiler72,
Thanks for posting the AAR, the game looked like a lot of fun.
Im eager to see how these playout, as well as the miniatures, when mobile AA batteries are in the field. I know all tanks carry the .50 cal (.51 for soviet iirc) for close in AA defense so the choppers dont give anyone a 'nothing can touch'm' advantage. But they do make themselves felt on the battlefield, thats for certain.

I am very curious how the AA will turn out…a few of us Sov players are mulling air defense and ZSU's…Overall, I think it will be a very different game once the rest of the toys come out and the point values go up…much more kit to choose from.

Take care.

The table is great. It looks like a GW style mat with Woodland Scenics coarse turf sprinkled on it.
