Just a few simple rules. 1) The actor (or actress) has not yet been a Bond Villain 2) Quietly villainous, in a suave way 3) Provide a clip I nominate Michael McElhatton, aka Roose Bolton in Game of Thrones YouTube link Of all the GoT characters, Roose is the most Bond villain-ish. Walder Frey is just a mean ole bastard, as is Balon Greyjoy. Ramsay is just a sadistic creep, with a few sparks of bravery. Joffrey? Please. Locke is nothing but a henchman. The mutineers are just rabble.\ Although Stannis Baratheon (Stephen Dillane) shows potential, he mistreats wargame figures, so I will not provide a clip. Let someone else do that. |

Michale McElhatton would be ideal. I'd also suggest Mark Strong (Lord Blackwood in the 2009 Sherlock Holmes)

Aiden Turner has been mentioned as the next James Bond. First he did the topless scything scene in Poldark then wore full Bond-style dinner jacket in the Agatha Christie thing at Xmas. Google images for, well, images. As for villains, if Tilda Swinton isn't available how about Danny Dyer…. |

Female Bond villain: Lotte Lenya as Rosa Klebb in "From Russia With Love". There's still unfinished business with Christoph Waltz as Blofeld so my suspicion is that he's going to get a second run-out. |

Many female lesser villains. Fiona Volpe was one of mine, and too short a stay. Do have to say Ms. Swinton is intriguing a pick. Doug |

I think that will be a short film, Granterd the Walther isn't the most powerfull gun, but i think it can beat a sword. |
