The tank with the roundel is an AMX ELC (Engin Legere de Combat = light combat vehicle). This was a mid-1950s French design of a 2-man 6 ton airborne light tank.

The one next to the smoking wreck is a U.S. T67 gun motor carriage (ie: tank destroyer). This was one of the prototypes in the development effort that eventually produced the T80 76mm gun motor carriage, which was standardized as the M18 "Hellcat".

Neither of these two vehicles saw combat in the real world. But millions of them see combat regularly in World of Tanks.
