Rev War II didn't really catch on because it doesn't make much sense, Britain wasn't trying to reconquer the States. I haven't come across any reference of what the Canadians might have called it. |

The Creek War was what it was called in the southeast. |

For the British, it was an American Theater of the Napoleonic wars, the latter contemporarily known as the "War of Empires." In hindsight, countries tend to be nationalistic regarding their own struggles, thus name things accordingly. William. |
