i worked as a consultant for the local/State EMA/DHS for nine years. we did midigation exercises to cover response the every day threats like terrorists to pan-endemics. not anything, i have not known about for years. no need to worry. most of us will be killed in the first wave/days of any collapse regardless of preparation. |
