Part 2 of the Maida scenario…..the actual game, which ended as a nail-biter ! Here are pics and a narrative of the game. Maida is a perfect "small" scenario to get started in Napoleonics.

Thanks another great AAR! Also a great scenario and advice for beginning C&GII GM's to start small. Due to a lack of figures, I didn't have much of a choice in the early days! I think I'll give this one a go as well.

Great write up!

Thank you for the comments…….really a well-balanced scenario…….so easy to set up that I usually play it every year…….the time limit really puts the pressure on the French……for a straight up game…..just use Army Morale until one side cracks….

Doug, thanks for the feedback again……was able to figure out the font problem. You were right…it was a bit confusing….

Very nice report and a great looking game. Maida is one of my favorite battles to play. Fairly even forces and simple terrain. Many games I've seen have to table totally filled with figures. This game with just a few units looked totally awesome and seemed to provide plenty of interesting play.

I enjoyed the report very much. Nailbiters are among the most memorable of games.

As a firm believer in presentation in games I must congratulate you on the appearance of the game too. A very attractive looking game.

Thank you.
