Need ideas for some kind of male figure maybe wearing a ear flap hat or have beer belly to represent my neighbor. I've been searching and have come up with nothing.

A figure of that awesomeness has yet to be sculpted. I suspect there is no material that could retain coherence when moulded to that shape.
