Just wondering if anyone from the above company is on here? I tried to order digital version of a book, but for some reason the paypal payment was cancelled after it was processed. The email from paypal said to contact H&C. I have emailed them but have had no reply. My invoice number is Invoice ID: 100003318-2016-01-15-20-33-45. |

Hello Adam, sorry its taken a while to get back to you. We've just checked the records. We did indeed cancel the order. Currently, we are experiencing some technical difficulties with our ebooks. Customers are receiving incorrect links when prompted to download. We are aware of the problem, are looking into it and trying to fix it, and are currently cancelling eBook orders as and when they are received to avoid this happening. Sorry we had to contact you via TMP ,as we don't seem to have an email address for you. best wishes Charles at Helion |
