That's the venerable Heljan/Con-Cor Nuclear Power Plant. An oldie but a goodie. Nominally N-scale, but the cooling tower is only about 6 inches tall, so actually much closer to 1/700. An actual cooling tower is in the neighborhood of 350 feet high. |
