Hello all,

I've received and reviewed the final proofs. I decided not to wait until Saturday, so I pushed all the buttons last night. Everything appears to be working, so the book is now available!

And again, you can order it from any bookstore with the ISBN number 978-0-9904122-4-3

I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. And touring the battlefield. Let me know how any games turn out!

Cleburne186320 Jan 2016 5:49 p.m. PST

Cleburne, I rewrote my foolishly worded question on the scenario thread. Not sure where the 11th Mississippi goes.

Brad,

I admit that when you first announced your new scenario book was going to be on Gettysburg my first thought was, "Do we really need another book full of scenarios on Gettysburg?" Especially as I looked at the shelf where all my scenario books are located in my game room!

It only took about three seconds for me to realize that all those scenario books are no longer available unless you find one in the secondary market! Like Flea Markets at conventions, or the Marketplace here on TMP!

So I answered my own question by that one look! Yes! Thanks for the work you put into this, and making these scenarios available to another generation of upcoming gamers, and us old timers as well!

I just ordered my copy thanks to a Christmas Gift Card my wife gave me!!

Cleburne186321 Jan 2016 4:43 a.m. PST

Awwwwww. I accidentally left them in the scenario write up! The 11th Mississippi was guarding baggage trains and didn't arrive on the battlefield until the evening of July 1st. I just forgot to delete them off the scenario roster!

So no, they aren't in the scenario at all. Errata!

I'm interested in this and have really enjoyed some of your earlier scenario books.

But as I already have the two volumes by Scott Mingus with the Gettysburg scenarios, are you able to indicate if there much additional or different in this one?

Thanks

vtsaogames21 Jan 2016 5:07 a.m. PST

Thanks. There will be a report with photos Friday or Saturday, depending on my energy level and phases of the moon.

Cleburne186321 Jan 2016 5:30 a.m. PST

Honestly rct75001, I don't know. I purposely did not track them down to purchase them. I didn't want to unintentionally copy or duplicate Scott's work. Of course, its Gettysburg, so there will be some duplication regardless.

Looking forward to delivery of my copy tomorrow!

Books arrived and looks really good – Great Job Brad!

Nice production, fine layout and the photo's add a lot to the overall presentation.

The full OB for both sides at the end of the book is a nice touch too! Obviously, I have more than one of these elsewhere but not broken down by figure/stand ratios!

This is a major bonus and just adds to the terrific value for money.

Book arrived today, despite the less then fine weather!!

Outstanding work Brad! As you said above, "It's Gettysburg!" It's still great to have a single book with so much info, and so many great scenarios available once again!!

I can only echo Trajanus above!!

madcam2us23 Jan 2016 6:57 a.m. PST

Just ordered today… I have all of Mingus'books, I also have all of Brad's. And both F&F scenario books…. One can never have enough different perspectives of battles IMO.

Looking forward to playing these….

Madcam.

Thank you all for the kind words. I hope you can get some good games out of the scenarios and have some fun. That's the point after all, right? :)

madcam2us23 Jan 2016 10:42 a.m. PST
