I think Irregular Miniatures might be your best bet for finding something usable "straight out of the box (or in this case, ziploc baggie)". Their "posh packs" under the battlepacks section, or the medieval civilians pack, may have a suitable figure. Another possibility is their "warrior women" in the 6mm fantasy range, maybe from a command or hero pack. I would email them and ask for advice since there might also be something buried in some other range. Failing that, maybe a greenstuff conversion of a cavalry figure would work? Edit: LOL Dom! |

There are some photos of some likely Irregular civvy packs here: If you want a mounted figure rather than foot, that will probably require a greenstuff job, though. link |

I was thinking their "Posh Packs" of individual figures might have a figure that would do…but they don't appear to sell 'em anymore  |

the Battle Packs. PP1 is Early Medieval
PP2 is Late Medieval
