I heard a rumor that they have gone bust and I see their website is gone.

Has anyone seen or heard anything as its a real shame if they have as they are a good set of rules

cheers

Yep, it does appear that they've gone dark.

All of it appeared a bit pricey. Without a firm foundation of players and support, it was bound to happen.

Horribly managed company. They had a great idea/product, had momentum about 5 years ago, bungled just about everything along the way. The how-not-to run a wargame company.

I do know they were offered a handsome price about 2 years ago for the game system, they said no.

That is what happens when armatures run a business. Too bad, I really liked the rules. Our group here in Texas uses them with modifications and house rules. We may formalize those one day.

Quiet a fan also…. so glad they're not not closing shop.

I hope they are on the recovery path.

A number of players have talked about producing a 'Not at War' a homebake second edition if the company keeps dragging its feet on it.

They do seem to have bitten off more than they could chew with their figure ranges.

Love this rule set and have been playing it weekly since release.

We introduced some tweaks and am working on home brew lists for the campaigns our group is interested.

It's relatively easy doing lists with the help of the Nafziger OOBs.

Played a few times and thought the rules decent for brigade actions. Never caught on, as players in my area felt it did not encourage unit support for flank and rear. Others claimed if you gave support you would be rewarded naturally, but it didn't seem to go that way.

Torokchar, not everyone can run a business as good as you. They may need help but if you wait long enough maybe you can buy them out if they go bust.
Some business faulter during their life but pick up and go on to be successful. We will just have to wait. WRG and GdB are going well but its not their first editions.
I like the rules and will stick with them.

So pleased to hear they are OK. I thought their product was a refreshing idea.

I always thought they were a skeleton crew.

Looks like their website has resurfaced.
