Hi all,

Our small gaming group have decided to dip our toes into the English civil war this year, so to kick off my small contribution, here is my first unit.

Sir John Talbots Regiment of Foote.

So,what rules are people using? We are looking at Impetus Baroque, and pike and shot at the moment…

We use BP: Pike and Shotte, enjoy it very much. We also play Victory Without Quarter when we want a smaller game. If you were interested in a smaller scale game, I can't recommend Very Civile Actions highly enough.

You might consider Peter Pig's "Regiment of Foote" Due out in 10 days. 3 bases per regiment as seen in your picture. Approx 10 foot regiments and 9 cav units per army. played on 3x 4 table,

Yes, ive seen it on your site, it looks interesting, although ill be using more figures per base, on 40mm squares instead of 30mm squares!!
