Hello,
Can any one provide some information as to where I could obtain 25-28mm German Gliders or if not, another scale?
Thank you

Here is a link to a card model template for a 1/50th German assault glider DFS230. You could make several perhaps at very little cost and you could modify the scale quite easily I imagine. The blocky nature of this glider would be good to do in card.

The model doesn't have tabs, but they could be added manually.

I has a fellow on ebay make a wing of them at 1/56th. He is called JSMWARPLANES and you can find him by searching for 1/100 DSF gliders.

I built that papercraft one linked to above. I rescaled to 1:56, and changed some details in Photoshop. Its a good model, you just have to add the tabs as noted. You could also just use plasticard and glue it with model cement.
