Hi all,

I finally got around writing down my thoughts on Agema Miniatures' Punic War ranges.

I look at their plastic boxes, that is legionaries, velites and Hannibal's Veterans and a selection of metal and resin characters.

I cover in some detail scope of the range, casting and sculpting quality, poses, conversion potential, value for money, customer service and most importantly historical accuracy.

My conclusion:

Correction: Relic uses 'Lead Free" metal and prices are in Canadian Dollars. Not sure if I missed anything else.

Thank you for your efforts towards the hobby and this review.

Best,

Mike 😬

Thank you for pointing out the slipup with Canadian Dollars. I changed it accordingly. Not sure why I thought Relic is based in the USA. The "heavy lead" is a figure of speech. However, let me know if this does not work in English,as it is not my first language. I don't think many producers these days use lead for their miniatures or mix it in :).

Just clarifying that we are Lead Free.

Thanks for your ammendments.

PS. May I add my appreciation for the tunic terminating closer to mid thigh on this range of miniatures.👍

The tunic length is very much in keeping with the Pydna monument. A nice touch and an indication that the depictions we have were potentially used to research the final look of the miniatures.

Cracking review, and nice detail thumbs up
