It was good to read what and how you're doing this, and see the link to another side, leading to other sites, regarding similar info and ideas.

For me 2015 was the year I actully got some things done on a few projects, and hope to sit down and compute what it was, because I wasn't tracking it. I plan to track it in 2016.

Also, from Aug 1st to Nov 8th I did my 100 Days of Painting effort which saw some decent productivity for me, but the focus being more on painting every day than getting projects complete, and this saw some progress on 40mm AWI British Loyalists and Continental Militia, as well as 28mm Greek Hoplite Mercs for my Persian Impetus army, plus other dabs along the way. Towards the end of the year I began inventorying all my figures, and still have a ways to go. This started from putting my projects into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd priority categories, and then beginning to inventory the higher priority items first, to start tracking what was happening, and hopefully improve the production process.

I'm also going to track expenses for the hobby this year, which will likely provide me info to help make good, and perhaps better, choices for my purchases, and add the new items to the project list accordingly, too.

Interesting … this thread is not showing up on the front page of the site as having more than one post.

P.S. Ah, yet now that I've made this one it is.
