The sicarans are scratchbuilt and the rhinos/preds made out of some chinese tanks

Many (many many many) years ago there was an article or two in White Dwarf on scratchbuilding armour for 40K using card and scrap plastic (IIRC). I think they may have given templates as well for cutting plasticard to get turrets etc.

The chiese came like that, the templates for the sicarans were guessed i made 2 templates one for the sides and another for the sides extra plating, the worst part was cutting the medicine tubes to make the ammunition drums I should have heated something metallic with fire to cut with red hot metal and not cold steel
