I fielded an ork warband for the first time which allows a Waagh every turn after the first. Can the warboss call a Waagh without charging (either because there is no unit within range or I don't want to charge that turn), so the dakka jet gets the extra shot? |

I you feel like you are trying to squeeze a sensible or viable tactic out of 40K orcs…then no it is not permissible y the rules :D good luck |
