I recently finished my first ever 6mm army and am pretty pleased with the results!

I have based on 60x30mm (as this is how my local club bases) and this start amounts to 200 points for Sam Mustafa's Blucher ruleset.

I really like how fast 6mm seems to be to paint up.

That looks great. I really like the way you laid out the troops and didn't just fill up each base end to end in a line formation.

Very nice indeed.
I'm up in the air about either getting 6mm,10mm or back to 15mm for my Napoleonic gaming. I sold all of my 15mm couple of years ago as there was no interest in it. But my WWII gaming buddy is into the time frame as well. Go figure!

Hello xccamx!

Welcome to the world of 6mm Napoleonic's. Your first project looks amazing. It does not take very much imagination to see just how spectacular a full table of 60x30 bases of Baccus figures will look like. I know because my table has looked like that for over 10 years now.

I've noted that not only can they be painted up so fast, but that you also get a feeling of completion faster. I actually can't wait to paint my next batch/project. I never had that feeling before when painting other 6mm figures or other scales. It always seemed like a chore before.

Best regards,

Glenn
