Does anybody have the inside baseball as to when the plastic infantry Agincourt to Orleans is due for release.

Then there is the HYW French Knights release, I am hoping for sometime in 2016.

Perry do not usually announce release dates until they are absolutey sure they will meet them.

What MajorB says: Perrys will only give specific release dates once they have everything almost ready for the release. This usually means around four weeks before the release.

I think this is very sensible approach for them, since there is nothing for them to gain in giving out any release date estimates that they are not sure they can keep – and there are various factors in the process that can cause unexpected delays. I have seen too many companies getting into entirely unnecessary trouble by giving premature release date estimates (anybody remember plastic Victrix Greeks?).

As for the French set, we have been given by the Perrys estimate that they will be released "early next year", which probably means somewhere between early February and late April.

Then there is the HYW French Knights release, I am hoping for sometime in 2016.

If you are referring to the mounted men-at-arms set (which to my knowledge is not particularly French specific – also English men-at-arms fought mounted, e.g. Bauge 1421) that the Perrys have been hinting at a couple of times, we have not even seen any greens yet. If they will have three-ups for show at Salute in April, then we can probably expect for a release somewhere between November 2016 and April 2018, depending on how much other stuff they have at hand.

If you are referring to the dismounted men-at-arms set, that will just be a re-boxing of sprues from the English and French sets (with no new sprues), so it probably well get released relatively soon after the French set gets out.

I was referring to the mounted Knights but I will probably go with Front Rank as I wanted them earlier than 2017.

Early next year for the French infantry is not too long to wait though.

If you are looking for metal cavalry, Perrys have it already in their Agincourt to Orleans range. It is also slightly cheaper than Front Rank cavalry.

Also it will mix better with the Perry stuff. I have FR HYW figures too, and they're a bit more bulky and larger compared to Perry stuff. More in-line with GW Bretonnains (which I borrow from to mix with FR).

Should correct the above"…also it will mix better with the Perry PLASTIC stuff (when it comes out)." Of course the metals would mix fine with other Perry metals… :)
