How do people find the service at OG 15's?

I placed an order on Dec. 4 for some AWI Battle Honors figures. Paid immediately via Paypal. Over 200 dollars before the discount so not a tiny order.

As of today, no figures, no email, no nothing.
Is this the norm for them?

Last order (2013) from 19th Century Miniatures produced an order confirmation email.

I usually get a confirmation email. Try to contact them via email or phone.
My last order was a couple months ago.

I never get a confirmation email but always receive my order in under 2 weeks. Maybe the holiday rush got to them

I also ordered December 4 and called on Monday because the order had not arrived. He checked, apologized because the order had only been mailed last week, and assured me that it would arrive in the next day or two. It did. Give him a call tomorrow and he'll tell you what's going on. I find
that Old Glory 15s give great service despite being a small operation.

I ordered a few weeks ago as well. I did receive a confirmation and also received an email when it was shipped. It took a little bit of time, but i put that up as A) they had a great sale and B) it is the holidays and tons of things are being shipped.

I would also agree with the others – have always gotten decent service from the folks at Old Glory 15's; it usually took 2 – 3 weeks to get my toy soldiers delivered. So, I would expect something soon.

I've ordered several times from them…it takes about a month before you see your stuff.

I've ordered quite a bit of stuff from them, including a few months ago. They are always pretty quick and they ship to me in Australia, where you would expect a reasonable delay. I find their shipping rates are also very reasonable (unlike some other non-wargaming businesses I could (but won't) mention).

I have never received an e-mail from them, but I have always received my items within three weeks.

Same as jefritrout, but they are fantastic with special orders & I've always received everything I've ever ordered.

I have never had a problem with receiving orders from Old Glory 15s. My orders are very large for my store so I do not get upset with the amount of time it takes for me to get the product.

That reminds me that I need to place my next order ASAP in January.

nevinsrip24 Dec 2015 11:27 p.m. PST

In the spirit of fairness let me say that I did receive an email today explaining the circumstances of the delay.
Apparently, they cast upon order, so I understand why it took so long.
But an email letting me know that it was going to be 3 weeks would have gone a long way. Especially since this was supposed to be a Christmas present.

It's cool. If I'm happy with the figures, I'll certainly consider ordering again from them.
