It will be carbon-neutral and non-nuclear, of course, but how will they launch the electric planes off the solar-panel-covered flight deck?

More importantly, won't the solar cell deck be damaged during landings, deck movement of the aircraft, and the weight of them sitting in place for extended hours, not to mention the loss of solar cell efficiency while they in the shade of the jets?

They will naturally be more buoyant due the inclusion of sufficient safe spaces for the crew.

The planes will be covered with solar cells too, and plugged in to power the ship while parked on deck. I understand there'll be a distillery to convert the brown trout to biofuel.

Actually they wouldn't be solar powered but will be powered by the crew and civilian contractors peddling away on their gym bikes.
Everything else on board will be controlled by Skynet.
