Did you by any chance take a picture of the Museum shop? It used to be very poor but I understand they have more now. Any idea what books and prints they carry? Thanks Great report by the way! C |

I was there last New Year as it was my 50th birthday. I abandoned the family in town. I was practically the only person there. The C18th galleries are great. You need at least half a day if not longer to do it justice. The shop is smallish but it did have quite a few interesting books. Regretfully v few miniatures. I was hoping to buy some flats there. If there in mid winter take a decent coat and shoes- its damn cold. |
