Decided to do some re-touching and re-basing of some Assyrians. Should know better, but the re-basing sickness will not go away!

Most gamers hate re-basing, I do. But theses were well worth the effort, Great Work!

My money in on the Assayrians

Very nice. Hittite costume looks from earlier Kadesh period rather than Assyrian times. All look good tough and nice basing.
I have gone down the Impetus route and fed up with basing worries. Lately I have taken it further with To The Strongest that allows even better freedom using grid system.
Also just got out all my Assyrian stuff revamp. Foundry are just excellent. Newline Designs have some nice recently added Assyrians also.

What are the "basing worries" for Impetus, perhaps having to rebase for it? The basing system seems otherwise relatively ok.

I'm working on a Late Achaemenid Persian army, but hopefully someday will paint a host of Imortal Miniatures Assyrians that I picked up on sale a ways back.

By basing the miniatures on standard 10x5cm sizes, I can use them for any element based system, as well as on my hexon system

I meant I like Impetus basing as you have freedom to create nice bases.
